IMPORTANT MEDICARE INFORMATION
At this time, Cortex Telehealth cannot provide referrals for Medicare-subsidised allied health services such as:
- Physiotherapy under Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDMPs)
- Psychology services under Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs)
However, we can provide referrals for private specialist consultations, where Medicare rebates may still apply depending on the specialist and service. If you’re unsure whether a referral is right for your situation, our health professionals can guide you through your options.
